Excellent new sushi place in Umbertide. Nice space, good service and food. A few outside tables. Great music the day we were there. My only gripe would be the type of rice they use. Looked and acted like Arborio. Needs to be a sticky rice. The rice fell apart and was hard to eat with chopsticks. I will go back.

Wonderful new sushi restaurant in Umbertide with a fusion take on Japanese food. Fresh ingredients, nicely done space with friendly staff. Will go back!

Finalmente sono riuscita a cenare da Shiso Sushi Restaurant a Umbertide, e posso dire senza esitazioni che ne è valsa la pena sotto ogni punto di vista.
Il locale è accogliente e curato nei dettagli, con un’atmosfera rilassante e tavoli anche all’aperto, perfetti per una serata estiva. Il servizio è stato impeccabile: Giacomo, con la sua gentilezza, preparazione e professionalità, ha reso la nostra esperienza ancora più piacevole, consigliandoci con attenzione e un sorriso sempre presente.
La chef Francesca è un vero punto di forza: professionale, accogliente e con una mano capace di trasformare ogni piatto in un piccolo capolavoro. Non trovo neanche le parole per descrivere quanto fosse deliziosa la nostra cena. Ogni portata era equilibrata, fresca, ben presentata – un autentico viaggio di sapori.
Shiso Sushi non è solo un posto dove mangiare bene: è un’esperienza che lascia il segno. Perfetto sia per un aperitivo che per una cena più lunga e rilassata.

I finally managed to have dinner at Shiso Sushi Restaurant in Umbertide, and I can say without hesitation that it was worth it from every point of view. The service was impeccable: Giacomo, with his kindness, preparation and professionalism, made our experience even more pleasant, advising us carefully and with an ever-present smile. Chef Francesca is a real strong point: professional, welcoming and with a hand capable of transforming every dish into a small masterpiece. I can't even find the words to describe how delicious our dinner was. Each course was balanced, fresh, well presented - an authentic journey of flavors. Shiso Sushi is not just a place to eat well: it is an experience that leaves its mark. Perfect for both an aperitif and a longer, more relaxed dinner. I will definitely be back. Ristorante di sushi nuovissimo ad Umbertide. Ambiente elegante e rilassante. Staff gentile e preparato. Ottimo servizio. Cibo buonissimo, pesce fresco e di qualità, accostamenti non banali. Ottimi i dolci.

Mia moglie ed io abbiamo scoperto questa piccola gemma di ristorante e abbiamo gustato un pasto davvero eccezionale. Il cibo è assolutamente incredibile, i sapori sono sorprendenti e la presentazione è bellissima. Anche il servizio è impeccabile: un signore molto gentile si è preso cura di noi e si è assicurato che trascorressimo una splendida serata.

Locale molto piacevole, fuori posto, rispetto al luogo, e proprio questo lo rende interessante. Ho mangiato proprio bene, equilibrato...forse farei anche meno concessioni al gusto fusion...ma davvero buono.
